Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols
- Conduct experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes

- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to translate theoretical models into functional systems
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for complex molecular modeling

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoctoral experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Demonstrated track record of high-impact publications in quantum computing
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
