Responsibilities

- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-accelerated solutions into autonomous systems
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier journals and present at quantum computing conferences
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum methodologies and architectures
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and computational physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Published record in quantum algorithm development or quantum error correction
- Strong mathematical foundations in linear algebra, probability, and complexity theory
- Experience with low-level quantum hardware control and cryogenic systems
- Proven ability to secure federal research grants or industry partnerships
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ-era limitations
