Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems to achieve practical quantum advantage
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge theoretical models with quantum processor architectures
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation with physics, CS, and engineering teams
- Develop quantum software frameworks and APIs to accelerate industry adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Quantum Information, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#), and quantum circuit design
- Strong publication record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, PRL) or conference proceedings
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
