Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead fault-tolerant quantum processor development
- Collaborate with AI teams on hybrid quantum-classical models
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually
- Secure $1M+ in research grants
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years quantum algorithm implementation experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science/Physical Review
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- US citizenship required for government contract work
