Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in cryptography and machine learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quantum hardware interfaces and optimization protocols
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international quantum computing conferences
- Translate theoretical models into scalable quantum circuit implementations
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in quantum software development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research in quantum computing
- Experience with quantum simulators and cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Azure Quantum)
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex concepts clearly
