Responsibilities

- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Develop patentable quantum solutions for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC, cloud)
- Expertise in linear algebra and complex system simulation
- Strong track record of translating theoretical concepts to prototypes
- Experience securing research funding from NSF/DARPA/NIH
