Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in 2026+ use cases
- Lead experimental research in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor architectures
- Develop simulation frameworks for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Publish peer-reviewed research and secure intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor junior researchers and present findings at international quantum computing symposiums
- Drive cross-functional projects with AI, cybersecurity, and materials science divisions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE implementations)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum computing
- Publication record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Physical Review X)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and RF engineering for quantum hardware
