Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum protocols on superconducting platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quantum-classical hybrid solutions
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical strategy for 2026 roadmap

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum simulation tools (Quil, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
