Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for scalable quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks and hardware interfaces
- Demonstrated experience with high-performance computing clusters
