Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to enhance qubit stability and coherence times
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype and validate quantum processor architectures
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum computing frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Strong background in quantum information theory, many-body systems, or condensed matter physics
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature, Science, Physical Review X)
