Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation applications
- Lead hardware-software co-design initiatives for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming languages
- Secure $2M+ in government grants for quantum innovation
- Develop error-correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum internet protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published work in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction techniques
- Familiarity with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret preferred)
