Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Optimize qubit coherence and error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-hybrid system development
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $1M+ in government/private research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on quantum computing experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning
- Expertise in superconducting/photonic qubit systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
