Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum annealing/superconducting qubits
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and custom quantum simulation frameworks
