Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications

- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Secure $2M+ in research grants through NSF and DoD quantum initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
- Experience securing federal research grants and managing academic-industry collaborations
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and parallel programming
