Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy claims using cutting-edge hardware
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times and gate fidelities
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at IEEE/ACM conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and secure multi-million dollar government grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of postdoctoral research
