Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Lead fault-tolerant quantum computing experiments using superconducting qubits
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum systems
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to hybridize quantum-classical computing solutions
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and secure government/private funding
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM, Rigetti, D-Wave)
