Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Conduct experimental research on superconducting qubits and quantum error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, computer scientists, and engineers
- Develop quantum software frameworks compatible with emerging hardware architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum information theory, or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency with Python, Qiskit, or Cirq for quantum simulation and development
- Publication record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, PRL) or major conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic systems or microwave engineering a strong plus
