Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum machine learning frameworks
- Secure $2M+ in DARPA/NIST quantum research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (2020-2026 graduates preferred)
- 3+ years experience with Qiskit/IBM Quantum Experience or Cirq
- Published work in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and mitigation strategies
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum processors
- Track record of securing federal research grants
- Fluency in quantum cryptography protocols (e.g., QKD, lattice-based)
