Responsibilities

- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge theoretical models with physical qubit implementations
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in linear algebra, group theory, and complexity analysis
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or ion trap architectures
- Strong Python/C++ programming skills with parallel computing expertise
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into experimental results
