Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance protocols
- Publication record in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and mitigation strategies
