Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to mitigate quantum decoherence and improve qubit stability
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives on quantum error correction methodologies
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international quantum computing conferences
- Develop patentable solutions for real-world quantum advantage in logistics and drug discovery
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source quantum frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware interfaces
