Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant architectures for next-generation systems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
- Author high-impact research publications and patents in quantum computing domains
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to strategic roadmap planning for 2026 quantum milestones
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep expertise in quantum information theory and many-body quantum systems
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing or related fields
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware integration and experimental quantum physics
