Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead quantum hardware integration projects with our superconducting qubit systems
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Collaborate with industry partners to prototype quantum applications for real-world deployment
- Mentor PhD researchers and guide quantum computing curriculum development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing or physics journals
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault tolerance architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
