Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
- Develop quantum error correction techniques for scalable systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or theoretical physics (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and hardware-software co-design
- Strong track record of translating theoretical concepts into experimental prototypes
