Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum algorithms and error correction methodologies
- Design and implement quantum circuits for optimization and simulation problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop scalable quantum systems
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Develop patentable quantum computing methodologies and applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and scientific rigor
