Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms and error mitigation strategies for practical applications

- Secure $2M+ in research grants through NSF and DoD partnerships
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Drive open-source contributions to quantum computing frameworks
- Present findings at premier conferences like Q2B and IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and GPU acceleration
- Strong background in cryptography and cybersecurity principles
