Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for complex computational challenges

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complexity theory
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary research teams
