Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Develop quantum software libraries and tools for external developer ecosystem
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum computing education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum information theory, and quantum programming languages
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information science
- Proficiency with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical programming (Python, C++)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware integration and quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
