Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum hardware (IBM, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in topological qubits and superconducting circuits
- Proven track record leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
