Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years' experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA)
- Deep knowledge of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, ion trap)
