Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years of industry experience
- Published record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven ability to secure and manage multi-million dollar research budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
