- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum annealing techniques
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Advise C-suite on quantum computing integration roadmap for 2026-2030
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Proven track record of securing government research funding
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum applications
- Clearance for DoD/NASA classified projects (or ability to obtain)
