- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists, software engineers, and cryptographers

- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through grant proposals and industry partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development and quantum circuit design
