- Secure $5M+ in DARPA and NSF research grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of leading high-budget research projects
- Strong background in cryptography and quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
- Patents in quantum computing or related fields
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
