Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for real-world optimization problems in logistics and drug discovery
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Publish 2-3 peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature Quantum
- Develop error-correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Quantum Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computational Science
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Published research in quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Track record of securing DoE/NASA grants
- Expertise in cryogenic systems below 20mK
