Responsibilities

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Secure $2M+ annual research funding through government grants and industry partnerships
- Mentor PhD researchers and foster next-generation quantum talent
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Demonstrated success leading multi-million dollar research projects
- Patents or commercialized quantum technologies strongly preferred
