Our team operates at the intersection of theoretical physics and practical application, collaborating with MIT and CERN partners to push beyond classical computing limits. This role offers equity, unlimited PTO, and access to our $20M quantum research lab.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms targeting 2026-era cybersecurity challenges
- Lead 12-person research team in developing quantum-secure communication protocols
- Publish peer-reviewed papers in Nature Physics and IEEE Quantum Journal
- Partner with AWS Quantum Solutions to commercialize breakthroughs
- Secure $5M+ in DOE/NIST research grants
- Develop error-correction frameworks for 1000+ qubit systems
- Present findings at Davos Tech Summit and World Economic Forum events
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ experience)
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Shor's/Grover's implementations and topological qubit theory
- Proven track record securing $1M+ in research funding
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# programming frameworks
- Security clearance eligibility (DoD preferred)
