Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop novel quantum error-correction protocols achieving fault-tolerant operations
- Collaborate with industry partners to identify quantum-advantage use cases
- Secure patents and publish high-impact research in leading journals
- Mentor junior researchers and foster an innovation-driven culture
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum technology conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science/Physical Review journals
- Experience leading R&D teams with $1M+ budgets
- Familiarity with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical engineering solutions
