Responsibilities

- Publish peer-reviewed research and present at international conferences
- Secure $5M+ in government and industry research grants
- Establish ethical frameworks for quantum technology deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong track record of leading technical teams to deliver breakthrough results
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA, etc.)
