- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and machine learning integration
- Secure federal and private funding for advanced quantum research projects
- Author peer-reviewed publications and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
- Present breakthrough findings at international conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of research experience
- Published record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, PRL) on quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction, quantum algorithms, and cryogenic systems
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary R&D teams in high-tech environments
- Familiarity with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Q, Amazon Braket, Microsoft Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in materials science and nanofabrication techniques
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants or equivalent research funding
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
