Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in government and private research funding
- Mentor a team of 8+ PhD researchers and quantum engineers
- Develop quantum-safe encryption protocols for financial services clients
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on quantum communication initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
