Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm research for 2026-scale computational challenges
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for real-world industrial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Mentor a team of 5+ quantum researchers and PhD candidates
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants and partnerships
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
- Drive quantum security protocols for 2026-era infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 8+ years of quantum research with published breakthroughs
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum algorithms to 100+ qubits
- Experience securing $1M+ in research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
