Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for error correction and optimization
- Develop novel quantum hardware architectures using superconducting qubits
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to hybrid classical-quantum workflows
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum computing innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit simulation (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in low-temperature superconducting systems
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum computing libraries
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
