Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment horizons
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize real-world industry applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning frameworks
- Architect secure quantum communication protocols for next-generation networks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Translate theoretical quantum models into scalable hardware specifications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proven experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields (Nature/Science preferred)
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects
