Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for 2026-era hardware constraints
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum circuits

- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit interface specifications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industrial development
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
