Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons and ROI projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions through agile methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders via compelling data visualizations and scenario planning models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums to accelerate innovation
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting technology adoption and advise on risk mitigation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains with published thought leadership
- Certified in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive modeling
- Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives with measurable impact
