Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen solutions for healthcare, finance, and climate tech sectors
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven market projections
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and oversee implementation of pilot projects
- Anticipate technological disruptions and develop mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Mentor emerging talent and cultivate a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with MBA preferred
- Experience scaling operations across multiple sectors and geographies
