- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 1000+ qubit coherence
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems

- Patent breakthrough quantum communication protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent research experience
- 5+ years designing quantum systems with demonstrated fault tolerance
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Certification in IBM Quantum or Google Quantum AI programs
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
