Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems operating at >1000 qubit capacity by 2026
- Design error correction protocols achieving 99.999% quantum fidelity
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and security specialists
- Establish quantum-safe cryptographic infrastructure for critical infrastructure
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization techniques
- Author technical white papers and patent quantum computing innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm design and quantum error correction
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Deep knowledge of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST IR 8100)
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Qiskit)
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum theory into commercial applications
