Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for AI optimization and cryptography
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions to pioneer quantum error correction methodologies
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for industrial applications
- Present quantum technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and researchers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, error correction, and decoherence mitigation
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms and applications
- Experience leading quantum computing projects with budgets exceeding $10M
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
